Ricardo Water Supply Corporation is a member-owned non-profit corporation that provides water to Ricardo residents in Kleberg County. The Corporation was formed in 1964 and currently serves approximately 1090 customers. RWSC is governed by a seven member Board of Directors who are elected by its members.
